Refund policy

Every TAKEOUT is made in small numbers and never restocked. Here is how we handle returns, exchanges and anything that arrives wrong.

Limited release policy

Every TRFT Supply TAKEOUT is produced in intentionally limited quantities. Once a release sells out, it will not be restocked.

Because of the limited nature of our releases, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or other preference-based reasons.

Please review all product descriptions, measurements, sizing information, and order details carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged, defective or incorrect orders

We stand behind what we send.

If your order arrives damaged, contains a manufacturing defect, or you receive an item different from what you ordered, please contact us at support@trftsupply.com within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the item, packaging, and shipping label when applicable

Once reviewed, TRFT Supply will work with you to make it right. Depending on product availability and the circumstances, this may include a replacement, repair, or refund.

Because TAKEOUT releases are limited and are not restocked, a replacement in the same size or edition may not always be available. If we confirm that your order qualifies for a replacement but cannot provide one, we will issue a refund for the affected item.

Normal wear, damage caused after delivery, improper washing/care, or differences that are inherent to handmade, printed, or individually finished goods are not considered manufacturing defects.

Size exchanges

Due to the limited quantity of each TAKEOUT, we cannot guarantee size exchanges and generally do not offer them.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the size guide before purchasing.

If TRFT Supply sends you a size different from the size shown on your order confirmation, we will treat that as an incorrect order and make it right under the policy above.

Order cancellations

Orders enter processing shortly after purchase and generally cannot be changed or canceled because of a change of mind.

This does not limit any cancellation or refund rights that may apply when TRFT Supply cannot ship an order within the promised timeframe or otherwise cannot fulfill the order.
