Welcome to TRFT Supply.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TRFT Supply website, online store, products, content, and related services.
Throughout these Terms, "TRFT Supply," "we," "us," and "our" refer to The Real Food Tour LLC, doing business as TRFT Supply.
By accessing our website, placing an order, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Refund Policy, and any other policies referenced on our website.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or purchase our products.
1. About TRFT Supply
TRFT Supply creates limited releases through original art inspired by food, hospitality, and the culture surrounding the table.
Individual releases are referred to as TAKEOUTS.
TAKEOUTS may include apparel, accessories, collectibles, home goods, artwork, collaborations, or other products and experiences.
Through The Family Table, certain TAKEOUT releases support a featured family navigating serious illness or hardship.
2. Eligibility
By using this website or placing an order, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement or are using the website with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
You may not use our website or products for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
3. Products and limited releases
TRFT Supply products may be produced in intentionally limited quantities.
When a product is described as limited, numbered, exclusive, or not being restocked, availability is not guaranteed until your order has been successfully completed and accepted.
Once a TAKEOUT sells out, TRFT Supply is under no obligation to manufacture additional inventory.
We reserve the right to limit quantities purchased by any individual, household, account, payment method, or shipping address when reasonably necessary to protect the integrity of a release or prevent suspected fraud or unauthorized resale activity.
4. Product information
We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, photographs, colors, measurements, materials, pricing, and other information accurately.
However, colors and visual details may vary depending on photography, lighting, screen settings, printing methods, materials, and normal manufacturing variation.
Measurements may also have reasonable production tolerances.
Minor variations that do not materially affect the intended quality or function of a product are not necessarily considered defects.
Customers are responsible for reviewing product information and sizing details before completing a purchase.
5. Pricing and payment
All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other charges will be displayed during checkout where applicable.
We reserve the right to correct pricing, description, inventory, or other errors.
If an error affects an order you have already placed, we may contact you before fulfillment to provide appropriate options, including cancellation and refund where appropriate.
Payment must be successfully authorized before an order is considered accepted for processing.
6. Orders
After placing an order, you may receive an order confirmation by email.
An automated order confirmation does not necessarily mean that we have accepted an order for fulfillment.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud, payment issues, inventory errors, incorrect pricing, violation of purchase limits, or other circumstances that prevent lawful fulfillment.
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected and the merchandise has not been shipped, the applicable amount will be refunded.
7. Preorders
Certain TAKEOUT releases may be sold through preorder.
When purchasing a preorder item, you acknowledge that the item may not be ready to ship immediately.
The estimated shipping timeframe will be displayed on the applicable product page or during the purchasing process.
We will make reasonable efforts to fulfill preorder purchases within the stated timeframe.
If we are unable to ship within the promised timeframe, we will communicate with affected customers and provide the options required by applicable law, which may include accepting a revised shipping date or canceling the unshipped order for a refund.
8. Shipping
TRFT Supply currently ships only within the contiguous United States, meaning the 48 adjoining states and Washington, D.C.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, we do not currently ship internationally or to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipping availability, estimated timelines, tracking, address requirements, and procedures for delivery issues are described in our Shipping Policy.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If you discover an address error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered fulfillment or has been transferred to a shipping carrier.
9. Shipping delays
Shipping and preorder estimates are provided in good faith based on the information reasonably available to us.
If TRFT Supply cannot ship merchandise within the timeframe promised at the time of purchase, we will handle the delay and any applicable cancellation or refund rights in accordance with applicable law.
Carrier transit times after shipment may also be affected by circumstances outside our direct control.
10. Returns, refunds and exchanges
Because TAKEOUT releases are intentionally limited and generally are not restocked, all sales are final for preference-based returns.
We generally do not offer returns, refunds, cancellations, or size exchanges because a customer changes their mind, selects the wrong size, no longer wants the product, or otherwise has a preference-based reason for returning it.
Customers should carefully review sizing, measurements, product descriptions, pricing, and order information before completing checkout.
This final-sale policy does not eliminate rights or remedies that may apply when:
- TRFT Supply sends an incorrect item;
- An item arrives damaged or with a qualifying manufacturing defect;
- TRFT Supply cannot fulfill an order; or
- A refund, cancellation, or other remedy is otherwise required by applicable law.

11. Damaged, defective or incorrect products
If you receive an incorrect product or believe your product arrived damaged or defective, contact us at support@trftsupply.com within 7 days of delivery.
We may request your order number, photographs, packaging information, shipping information, or other reasonable documentation necessary to evaluate the issue.
If we determine that an item qualifies for a remedy, we may provide a replacement, repair, refund, or other appropriate resolution depending on the circumstances and available inventory.
Because TAKEOUT releases are limited, an identical replacement or size may not always be available.
12. Numbered and collectible components
Certain TAKEOUT releases may include individually numbered packaging, collectibles, cards, or other components.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, customers cannot select or request a specific edition number.
An edition number applies only to the component specifically identified as numbered.
For example, numbered packaging does not mean that every product contained within that packaging is individually numbered unless we expressly state otherwise.
If a numbered component requires replacement, the original edition number may not be available.
13. The Family Table
The Family Table is the giving initiative of TRFT Supply.
Each participating TAKEOUT supports a featured family navigating serious illness or hardship.
For TAKEOUT 001, 50% of the profits from eligible product sales will support Britney and her family.
Funds provided to a featured family through The Family Table are provided without spending restrictions imposed by TRFT Supply.
The featured family determines how the money is used based on what they believe is best for themselves and their family.
TRFT Supply does not require recipients to use funds exclusively for medical expenses, household bills, groceries, transportation, treatment, or any other predetermined category.
14. Purchases are not charitable donations
Purchasing a TRFT Supply product is a commercial purchase of merchandise and is not a charitable donation.
Unless expressly stated otherwise and legally applicable, no portion of a TRFT Supply purchase should be treated or represented as a tax-deductible charitable contribution.
Direct contributions made through a third-party fundraising service, including GoFundMe, are separate from purchases made through TRFT Supply and are governed by that platform's own terms, policies, and applicable laws.
15. How we calculate The Family Table share
When TRFT Supply states that 50% of profits from a TAKEOUT supports a featured family, the calculation is based on the selling price of the applicable product less the direct cost of producing the product and its included packaging.
The remaining amount is then divided equally, with 50% designated for the featured family through The Family Table.
The calculation can be summarized as:
Product Selling Price − Direct Product Cost − Included Packaging Cost = Profit
Profit ÷ 2 = Featured Family's Share
For example, if a TAKEOUT sells for $110, the direct product cost is $25, and the included packaging costs $15:
$110 − $25 − $15 = $70 in profit
$70 ÷ 2 = $35 designated for the featured family
This example is illustrative only and does not represent the actual costs or contribution amount associated with any particular TAKEOUT unless expressly stated.
For purposes of this calculation, TRFT Supply does not deduct general business expenses such as photography, marketing, website development, creative production, models, or general operating overhead before calculating the featured family's 50% share.
Shipping charges and sales taxes paid by the customer are not treated as product selling revenue for purposes of this calculation.
Refunds, chargebacks, discounts, and similar transaction-specific adjustments may be reflected when determining the final eligible sales associated with a TAKEOUT.
16. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the TRFT Supply website and its contents, including photographs, artwork, illustrations, graphics, logos, trademarks, product designs, videos, interviews, written copy, layouts, branding, and other creative materials, are owned by, licensed to, or used with permission by TRFT Supply and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Access to our website does not grant you ownership of or permission to commercially use our intellectual property.
You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, sell, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from protected TRFT Supply content without appropriate authorization.
17. Featured chefs, contributors and third parties
TRFT Supply may feature chefs, restaurants, artists, photographers, businesses, families, contributors, collaborators, or other third parties as part of a TAKEOUT's story.
References to these individuals or organizations do not necessarily imply ownership of TRFT Supply, endorsement of every TRFT Supply activity, partnership, sponsorship, or any relationship beyond what is expressly described.
Third-party names, trademarks, photographs, artwork, and other materials remain subject to their respective rights.
18. User content and communications
If you voluntarily submit reviews, photographs, comments, testimonials, messages, or other content to TRFT Supply, you represent that you have the right to submit that material.
We do not claim ownership of your original content solely because you communicate with us.
If we would like to use customer-created photographs, videos, testimonials, or similar content for advertising or promotional purposes beyond uses reasonably necessary to provide our services, we may request appropriate permission where required.
19. Prohibited uses
You may not use our website to:
- Violate applicable law;
- Commit or facilitate fraud;
- Attempt unauthorized access to our systems;
- Introduce malicious software or code;
- Interfere with website security or operation;
- Harvest personal information without authorization;
- Misrepresent your identity;
- Infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights; or
- Use automated methods to circumvent purchase limits or unfairly acquire limited inventory.
We may restrict access or cancel transactions when we reasonably believe the website is being misused.
20. Third-party services and links
Our website may contain links to or integrate with third-party services, including Shopify, payment providers, shipping carriers, social media platforms, contributor websites, and fundraising platforms such as GoFundMe.
TRFT Supply does not control all aspects of these third-party services.
Your use of a third-party service may also be governed by that provider's terms and privacy policies.
21. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
By using our website, you acknowledge that certain information may be processed by Shopify and other service providers necessary to operate our store, process transactions, fulfill orders, maintain security, perform analytics, and provide other services.
22. Website availability
We work to maintain a reliable website but do not guarantee that the website will always operate without interruption or error.
We may modify, suspend, update, or discontinue portions of the website when reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, business operations, or other legitimate purposes.
23. Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the website and its content are provided on an "as available" basis.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, rights, or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
24. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TRFT Supply and its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website or products.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.
25. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless TRFT Supply and its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from third-party claims arising from your unlawful misuse of the website, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person's rights.
26. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
27. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
28. No waiver
Our failure to enforce a provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce that provision or any other provision later.
29. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes to our business, products, website, policies, or legal requirements.
When changes are made, the updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
Your continued use of the website after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by applicable law.
